Purpose:

The role will support the operational management of the e-commerce channel, contributing to daily activities related to content management, product catalog, online performance, and customer experience.

The E-commerce Specialist will collaborate closely with the E-commerce, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the daily management of the e-commerce platform.

Upload and update product content, images, technical sheets, and pricing.

Monitor website functionality and report any technical issues.

Support the management of promotional calendars and online campaigns.

-
Analyze KPIs and reporting related to digital performance.

Collaborate with the marketing team on CRM, newsletters, and digital campaigns.

Verify stock availability and proper catalog synchronization.

-
Support customer care activities related to online orders.

-
Contribute to user experience optimization and online visual merchandising.

Coordinate with external suppliers and partners on operational activities.


Requirements:

1?3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital, or web operations roles.

Interest in fashion, retail, and digital commerce.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CMS tools.

Good knowledge of Excel and analytics tools.

-
Precision, organization, and attention to detail.

-
Hands-on attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.

-
Fluent in English; additional European languages an advantage.
